How it works

You and your friends want to see lots of cats and decide to book tickets. You’ll agree to rules and waivers (did you know that cats have teeth and claws?)

On the cafe side. Head to the desk to check in and get a snack or drink while you wait.

When it’s time, you’ll go into the cat lounge (there’s a separate entrance because cats and food can’t be in the same area) to make new furry friends.

Cat Lounge Rules & waiver

For the safety and comfort of both you and the kitties, guests must adhere to the following rules and waivers during the visit. Guests not adhering to these rules will be asked to leave for the safety of the cats.

Read Waiver

1. Children must be closely supervised at all times

Children 13 and older do not need supervision. One adult per two children under 13 is required.

2. Do not share your food or drink with the cats

Our cats have water, they do not need coffee! Only drinks with lids are permitted into the cat lounge. Food is not allowed. Ask a staff member about our cat treat add-on!

3. No chasing cats or running

Trust us, they do not like this. 

4. Use inside voices

Cats are quiet creatures and appreciate a calm atmosphere. 

5. Be cautious when petting the cats

Most of the cats we foster are not declawed. Please be gentle when playing and petting them.

6. Don't wake up sleeping cats

Cats are friendly and enjoy spending time with humans, but they love their sleep… just like us!

7. Do not pick up cats

A staff member may tell you if certain cats like being picked up.  Only adults may pick up certain cats.

8. Be aware of the cats around the doors when entering and exiting the lounge

They can be very sneaky.

9. Remove or cover shoes

Shoes must be removed or covered on rainy and snowy days.

10. Take lots of pictures

But please no flash.
